You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. kuil69 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not shared with any other service. You must notify kuil69 immediately at [email protected] (non-clickable, informational only) if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. kuil69 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
Player Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights therein. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate permanent closure.
kuil69 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and at certain other points during Account use. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — is a mandatory anti-money laundering and responsible gaming measure.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.
kuil69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform and by email to affected Players where practicable.

A bet is only valid once confirmed by the kuil69 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. kuil69 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or during a technical malfunction of the Platform. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. Specific limits vary by game type and market. kuil69 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party game providers whose products are made available on the Platform. Any disputes relating specifically to a game provider's software or Random Number Generator outcomes should be directed to that provider's published dispute resolution process.
kuil69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, kuil69 may withhold any Balance pending investigation.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kuil69's customer support team. Before processing a closure request, kuil69 will settle any open bets, apply any outstanding wagering requirements, and process a final withdrawal of the remaining withdrawable Balance to the Player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. kuil69 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 to inactive Accounts to cover administrative costs, once the Account Balance falls below Rp 500,000. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be permanently closed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law, as applied in the jurisdiction in which kuil69 is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent kuil69 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or its Players.
kuil69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kuil69 will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Clause 12.2.
